All orders are processed up to 3 business days from the time of finalizing the payment, except for orders that include embroidery.
We complete orders for products with embroidery personalization within 6 working days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

All order in the online store www.lesonge.pl, except for those made on an individual order, are subject to exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The Buyer will be charged with the cost of replacing or returning the goods

RETURN CONDITIONS:
- intact condition
- no signs of use, dirt from make-up and stains
